Position: Agriculture Graduate Trainee (AGT)

Eligibility
- Completed a four‑year full‑time B.Sc (Agriculture) degree from a university or institute recognized by UGC/AICTE.
- Minimum aggregate percentage (or CGPA converted to percentage) as specified for General/OBC and SC/ST candidates.
- Age limit: 30 years as on 1 September 2026. Age relaxation available for SC, ST and OBC Non‑Creamy Layer candidates.
- Language: English (as per selection process).
Stipend & Training
- Monthly stipend: ₹33,300 during the one‑year training period.
- Successful completion of training may lead to absorption into the regular pay scale of ₹37,000–70,000, depending on IFFCO’s requirements. Absorption is not automatic.
Selection Process
- Preliminary Online Test – computer‑based test in an open environment.
- Final Online Test – computer‑based test.
- Personal Interview – conducted by IFFCO.
- Medical Examination – to ensure fitness for the role.
Posting
- Trainees may be posted at any IFFCO field office across India, as per organizational requirements.
