• 23 Additional Resource Person (ARP) – ₹20,000/month
• 34 Assistant Additional Resource Person (AARP) – ₹15,000/month
• 11 Special Educator – ₹25,000/month

Eligibility

• Indian citizen
• Age: 18 to 62 years (as on 01‑01‑2026)
• Minimum 50% marks in the qualifying examination
• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with
  • Special B.Ed. or
  • One‑year diploma in Special Education with a valid RCI/CRR number
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Preference given to female candidates with disability, siblings of a disabled person, or parents of a child with disability
