DTU Recruitment 2026

Position: 84 teaching faculty vacancies (2 Professors, 82 Associate Professors) including special recruitment for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD).

Application Period: 23 Oct 2026 – 7 Dec 2026 (online). Hard‑copy signed application with Annexure‑II and required self‑attested documents must be submitted to DTU Recruitment Cell by 21 Dec 2026, 5:00 PM.

Selection Process:

1. Academic and research evaluation
2. Document verification
3. Presentation
4. Interview

Reservation:

• 7 Associate Professor posts reserved for PwBD (horizontal reservation)
• 1 Professor post reserved for PwBD

Eligibility:

• Meet educational qualification, specialization, experience and research requirements as per DTU Recruitment Rules for the specific post and discipline.

Relaxations:

• 5 % relaxation at Bachelor’s and Master’s levels for SC/ST/OBC (NCL‑Delhi) and PwBD candidates in disciplines governed by UGC Gazette Notification (18 Jul 2018).
• 5 % relaxation (from 55 % to 50 %) for eligible PhD holders who obtained Master’s before 19 Sep 1991.
