Eligibility & Required Documents

Requirement	Details
Age	18 to 44 years (as of 01/07/2026) – relaxations for SC, ST, BC, and PH candidates as per applicable rules
Education	• S.S.C / Date of Birth Certificate
• Intermediate or 10+2 examination certificate
• Qualifying Examination Pass Certificate
• Marks Memos of all years of the qualifying examination
• Registration Certificates of respective Councils (Medical, Nursing, Para Medical, Board of Indian Medicine)
• Bridge Course certificate for MLHP Staff Nurses (B.Sc‑N graduated before 2020 & GNM Category)
• Latest Community Certificate / EWC Certificate / Ex‑Servicemen / NCC / Physically Handicapped certificate (SC candidates must provide the latest community certificate as per Act No.15 of 2025)
• Study certificates from 1st class to 10th class (or residence certificate from Tahsildar/MRO for private study)
• PH certificate for candidates claiming reservation under PH Quota
• Relevant certificates for Ex‑Service Men Quota
• Valid driving license and vehicle documents for Senior Dots plus TB HIV Supervisor

Application Process

1. Download the application form from the official website: https://mahabubabad.telangana.gov.in/

2. Fill the form completely and attach all required self‑attested certificate copies.

3. Prepare a Demand Draft (DD) for the prescribed fee drawn in favour of “The District Medical and Health Officer, Mahabubabad”.

4. Submit the filled application form, enclosures, and DD in person or by registered post to:

   F‑25, O/o DMHO, Mahabubabad, IDOC‑Mahabubabad

5. Deadline: 29 October 2026, 05:00 PM.

Application Fees

• Open Category (OC): ₹500 (via Demand Draft)
• Backward Class (BC), Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST): ₹300 (via Demand Draft)

Selection & Tenure

• Positions are contract or outsource based, under the control of DM&HO Mahabubabad District.
• Tenure: One year or until actual need ceases, whichever is earlier.
• Appointees work under the overall administrative control of CH&FW and MD (NHM).
• Monthly remuneration as specified per post.
• Termination notice: 30 days from either side.
• Performance evaluated periodically for extension or termination.
