Associate Consultant: ₹66,000 pm + ₹2,000 communication (80 % paid monthly, 20 % after performance assessment)
Junior Consultant: ₹40,000 pm + ₹2,000 communication (80 % paid monthly, 20 % after performance assessment)

Retired ONGC personnel only.
Experience in Production and Drilling disciplines.
Associate Consultant: Age ≤ 63 years as on 12 November 2026.
Junior Consultant: No explicit upper age limit; must be a retired ONGC employee up to E3 level.

Supervise Work Over operations in a 12‑hour shift pattern (Round‑the‑Clock).
Inspect installations and equipment.
Ensure compliance with Oil Mines Regulations, SOPs, statutory guidelines, and Mines Act.
Maintain QHSE documentation and daily activity reports.
Coordinate with Installation Manager and other departments for rig deployment and operation.
Prepare pipe tally and completion reports.
Perform any other duties as required by DGMS and statutory authorities.

Duration: 2 years (initially 1 year, extendable for another year based on performance).
No benefits, allowances, or incentives beyond the stated pay.
No TA/DA reimbursement for written test or interview.
Candidates must arrange their own accommodation in Assam Asset.
Compensation package includes service tax, borne by the individual.
