Positions

• 75 posts in 17 roles (Anaesthesiology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chest (Pulm. Med.) and 13 others)

Eligibility

• Qualification: MBBS, MD/MS/DNB or other relevant post‑graduate qualification as per NMC norms.
• Age limits (as on 31.10.2026):
  • Faculties: ≤ 67 years
  • Senior Resident – Clinical: ≤ 45 years
  • Senior Resident – Non‑clinical/para‑clinical: ≤ 50 years
• Other conditions:
  • No private practice after joining.
  • Candidates from Govt/Autonomous/Statutory institutions must submit NOC at interview.
  • Deputation candidates not accepted.
  • Verified documents required for interview.

Pay

• Fixed basic pay plus allowances.
  • Professor: ₹2,60,972
  • Associate Professor: ₹1,67,056
  • Assistant Professor & Senior Resident: ₹1,43,524

Application

• Walk‑in interview: 17 November 2026, 9:00 AM (reporting after 10:00 AM considered absent).
• Fee: Nil for SC/ST/ESIC (Regular Employees)/Female Candidate/Defence Ex‑Servicemen & PH Candidates; Rs. 500 for all other categories.
• Documents to bring:
  • Class 10th certificate
  • MBBS degree certificate
  • Valid EWS/OBC‑NCL/SC/ST/PwBD certificate
  • State/NMC Medical Registration certificate (updated)
  • Proof of publication(s)
  • Experience certificate
  • Recent passport‑size photograph
  • Relieving/NOC from previous/current employer
  • Demand draft (if applicable)
• Procedure:
  1. Fill the Google Form online (link in notification).
  2. Print the completed offline application form.
  3. Bring self‑attested copies of required documents and demand draft.

Selection Process

1. Document verification by the Document Verification Committee.
2. Interview conducted by the selection board based on academic credentials and performance.

Contract Details

• Initial period: 1 year, extendable up to 3 years total, subject to satisfactory performance and institutional requirements.
• Contract terminates upon joining of a regular faculty or attainment of maximum age limit.
• Payment mode: Demand Draft in favor of ‘ESI Fund A/c No. 1’ payable at Bhubaneswar.
