Eligibility & Qualification
1. Super Specialist (Medicine Oncology)
- Qualification: MBBS, MD/MS/DNB with DM/DNB in the concerned super‑specialty from an MCI‑recognised medical college. 3 years of experience required. 5‑year DM/MCh holders count the last part of residency toward the 3‑year experience.
- Age Limit: ≤ 69 years (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD).
- Tenure: 1 year contract, extendable up to 2 years.
- Pay: Rs. 2,00,000/month (Full‑time). Part‑time: Rs. 100,000/month (16 hrs/week) + Rs. 20,000 for emergency visits + Rs. 1,200 per additional hour.
2. Full‑time Contractual Specialist
- Qualification: MBBS + PG degree/diploma in the specialty, 3 years experience (Full‑time) or 5 years (Part‑time).
- Age Limit: ≤ 69 years (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD).
- Tenure: 1 year contract, extendable up to 2 years.
- Pay: Level‑11 as per 7th CPC (Full‑time). Part‑time: Rs. 60,000/month + Rs. 15,000 for emergency visits.
3. Senior Residents (Residency Scheme)
- Qualification: MBBS + PG degree/DNB/Diploma or equivalent. If no PG, MBBS with 2 years experience (1 year in specialty) may be appointed for 1 year contract.
- Age Limit: ≤ 45 years (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD).
- Tenure: 3 years under the residency scheme.
Documents to Carry
- Completed bio‑data.
- Recent passport‑size photograph.
- Original documents and photocopies of qualifications, experience certificates, and other relevant certificates.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialised medical, surgical, or super‑specialty care.
- Participate in 24×7 on‑call duties as required.
- Supervise resident doctors, manage emergency cases, and maintain clinical records.
- Comply with professional indemnity and institutional protocols.
