Requirement	Details
Domicile	Must be a Domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir with a valid Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority in the prescribed format on or before 15.12.2026.
Qualification	• 3‑year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a Government‑recognised institute, or
• Indian University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or
• AMIE Section (A&B) India.
Category Certificate	For reservation candidates, a valid category certificate in the prescribed format must be uploaded with the online application.
Equivalence Certificate	Candidates claiming equivalent qualification must produce the relevant Equivalence Certificate.
