Stipend:

• Graduate Apprentices: ₹12,000–14,000 per month
• Diploma Apprentices: ₹12,000 per month

Training Duration: 1 year (no extension)

Eligibility

• Age: 18–30 years (as of 01 Oct 2026)
• Educational Qualifications (as of 01 Oct 2026):
  • Graduate Apprentices:
    • Civil, Electrical, S&T: Graduate or equivalent in relevant Engineering/Technology streams
    • Human Resource: Full‑time BBA from a recognized university
    • Finance: Full‑time B.Com from a recognized university
    • Rajbhasha: Full‑time BA (Hindi) from a recognized university
    • CSR: Full‑time Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from a recognized university
    • Legal: Full‑time LLB (Bachelor of Law) from a recognized university
    • Information Technology (IT): Full‑time B.Sc./BCA/B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized university
  • Diploma Apprentices:
    • Civil, Electrical: Diploma or equivalent in relevant Engineering/Technology streams
• Other Conditions:
  • Candidates who have undergone apprenticeship training in IRCON or any other organization are not eligible.
  • Candidates with one year or more of training or job experience after completion of education are not eligible.
  • Candidates who have completed more than three years after passing the qualifying examination as on 01 Oct 2026 (i.e., those who passed in 2026, 2025, 2024, or on or after 01 Jul 2023) are eligible.
  • Result‑awaited, supplementary, or back‑paper candidates need not apply.

Application Process

1. Enroll on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal: www.mhrdnats.gov.in and obtain a unique registration number.
2. Apply Online through the IRCON website: www.ircon.org under Careers → HR, from 16 Oct 2026 to 5 Nov 2026.
3. Print the online application, sign it, and send the signed hard copy along with required documents to IRCON’s Corporate Office, New Delhi, by 5 Nov 2026.
4. Selection will be merit‑based, based on marks secured in the essential educational qualifications; no interview.

Stipend and Payment

• Under NATS, 50 % of the minimum prescribed rate is borne by the Government of India and disbursed via Direct Benefit Transfer into the Aadhar‑seeded savings bank account of the apprentice.
