NCDC Recruitment 2026

The National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), under the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, has invited applications for 30 contractual posts for the financial year 2026‑27. The positions include:

• Public Health Specialist
• Medical Epidemiologist
• Data Analyst (two separate entries with different eligibility and remuneration)
• Microbiologist
• Finance Officer
• Training Manager
• Other related roles in public health, epidemiology, microbiology, biosafety, finance, and data analysis.

Eligibility

• Candidates must possess the prescribed medical, postgraduate, graduate, or professional qualifications as specified for each post.
• Relevant experience as required for the chosen post must be demonstrated.
• Several posts offer alternative qualification routes and specific experience conditions; applicants should review the official notification for details.
• Maximum age limit: 40 or 45 years, depending on the position.

Remuneration

• Consolidated monthly remuneration ranges from Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1,50,000.
• These amounts are contractual and do not include additional allowances or detailed in‑hand salary calculations.
