Position: Junior Officer (Operations)

Eligibility:

• Domicile in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Maharashtra or Goa.
• Minimum 50 % marks in graduation (10+2+3) from a regular stream.
• At least 2 years of experience in banks or NBFCs.
• Age not more than 28 years as of 30 September 2026 (born on or after 1 October 1998). SC/ST candidates may claim age relaxation with valid certificate.

Job Details:

• Contractual appointment for 3 years, renewable at the Bank’s discretion.
• Annual CTC: ₹5.14 lakh (includes NPS, insurance, variable pay). Take‑home salary not specified.
• Preference for local language proficiency; willing to serve anywhere in India if transferred.
• Post may lead to regular employment as Assistant Manager (Scale I) after performance review, but not guaranteed.

Locations: Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Maharashtra, Goa (one location per applicant).
